This return policy is valid for US

We hope you are satisfied with your Nienoww store product, however, if you would like to return an item for an exchange or refund, you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to return the product.

30 Day Return Policy

You have the right to return your purchased product within 30 days of the date you receive the product.

Provided that “New Condition” means that the goods: (a) are in the same condition as when sold; (b) have the original packaging, labels and tags still intact; (c) have not been washed or cleaned; (d) do not have any signs or indications of other use, such as odors, wrinkles and stains.

How to Return a Product

To return a product, you only need to follow a few simple steps:

-Write to us at [email protected] and request a refund. We provide the address for returns.

-Customer is responsible for the return label. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returned products unless otherwise stated.

-Check the integrity of the packaging (we will accept returns of New Condition Products). “New Condition Products” means goods that: (a) are in the same form as when sold; (b) have the original packaging, labels and tags still intact; (c) have not been washed or dry cleaned; (d) do not have any signs or indications of other use, such as odors, wrinkles and stains.

-Receive 100% refund within 5-7 business days via payment method selected at checkout.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchange services. You can return the product to us for a refund, then place a new order to receive the product of your choice.

Refunds

It usually takes 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be returned to our warehouse and processed. Once we receive the returned item, the next step is for us to inspect the items. Once we have completed the inspection, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Please note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong product, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Return repeat

We offer a flexible return policy to facilitate your online shopping experience. We also track customer returns. Multiple returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, result in closure of your account or refusal of future orders.

Cancellation Policy

After purchasing, you have 24 hours to cancel your order by contacting us. After this time, we do not guarantee order cancellation.
