We ship throughout the United States. If you are outside of this area, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery Time

Total Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Order Cutoff Time: 06:00 PM (GMT-07:00) MST (Monday-Friday)

Order Processing Time / Order Processing Time: 1–3 Days (Monday-Friday)

Transit Time / Delivery Time: 7–15 Days (Monday-Friday)

Total Delivery Time: 8-18 Days

Shipping Carrier

All domestic orders are typically shipped via USPS, although we sometimes use alternative carriers depending on availability, destination, and rates.

Shipping method

We offer standard shipping (7-15 business days) at a cost of $6.99 per order.

Our store defaults to standard shipping. If you need expedited shipping, please contact customer service to pay the price difference.

Track order

We will email you as soon as we have created a shipping label.

You can click on the “Track Your Order” tab on our web menu, then enter the tracking number listed in the email to see the status of your order.

If you do not receive an email, it means your order is being processed. Please be patient and wait for our notification.

Lost Package

We will do everything we can! If your package is stuck in transit, please contact us by emailing us at [email protected] . We will do our best to find a way to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please make sure to request the correct shipping address. Nienoww cannot be held responsible or compensate you if your package is delivered to an incorrect address but has been requested. Nienoww cannot be held responsible or compensate you for missing packages if delivery to the correct address has been confirmed. However, we are happy to assist with any shipping issues you may encounter.

Change any information after placing an order

Once your order has been placed, it is generally not possible to modify/add items to the order or change shipping details. However, please contact us if you have any questions and we will do our best to help you.

Duties and taxes

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Customs Fees

Customers may be charged fees when purchasing and importing our products into their country. We are not responsible for any of these fees once your order has arrived in your destination country. As the buyer, you are responsible for these fees and charges. If you have any questions about these fees, please contact your local customs office, as we do not have this information.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and charges and cannot tell you how much they will be before you purchase as they vary from country to country.

Delivery failed/Returned to sender

If an item is marked as “Delivery Attempted” or “Return to Sender”, please continue to track the item. We cannot process any refunds, if any, until the item is returned to us. To discuss this further, please reach out via our Contact Us page.
